The direction of the clinic’s work is small animal treatment and practical teaching of LVA students, as well as organizing post-graduate studies for specialists who are willing to specialize in small animal practice. The practical work of the clinic includes treatment of surgical, internal, infectious, gynecological, eye diseases and neurological disorders. The clinic has modern equipment necessary for diagnostics and treatment of small animals. The specialists of the clinic constantly raise their qualification attending lectures and practical seminars in Lithuania and abroad. Every specialist of the clinic is able to do most of the routine work, besides each of them specializes in some particular field. The students of the Academy have good opportunities to examine the patients and participate in diagnosing them.
